I'm eager to practice online and on the land! These classes will be all about grounding and connecting, absorbing and integrating. Dynamic Breaths and conscious movements are woven into deep embodiement practices. Music as always is a part of my practice, and some days that means silence, and some days that means voicework!
I'm trained in somatics and energy medicine so the slow, steady and mindful movements are the basis of my work. Please pay what you can, if you can.
